• Cooperative Management: Our communities are governed by a management board, ensuring collaborative oversight.
• Qualified Buyers Only: Only individuals approved by the board may purchase a home, and rental to others is not permitted.
• Property Maintenance: Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their properties.
• Equity Growth: Your mortgage payments will generally build equity over time.
• Stable Pricing: To maintain affordability across generations, homes are sold at the original purchase price (adjusted for inflation), not influenced by market fluctuations.
• Parking: Parking may or may not be provided, and arrangements can be negotiated.
• Membership Fee: A modest co-op membership fee will apply, determined by the number of units in the community.
